Corporate Event Videography in Phoenix

Recap films, highlight reels and speaker capture.

About this service

Corporate Event Videography

Photographs prove your event happened. Video proves what it felt like. We produce corporate event videography in Phoenix for conferences, summits, hackathons, product launches and company celebrations, delivering edits that are actually built for the channels you publish on.

Most event video fails for the same two reasons: the audio is unusable, and the edit is ten minutes long when nobody will watch past forty seconds. We solve both. Clean sound off the desk, and a set of edits cut to length for the specific place each one is going.

How an event shoot runs

We start from your run of show and work backwards. Which moments have to be in the recap, who is speaking and when, where the sponsors need visibility, and what the video is ultimately for. That conversation decides how many cameras are in the room and where they live.

On the day we film in a documentary style, staying out of the program rather than staging around it. Where a venue has a sound desk we take a direct feed and back it up with our own wireless audio, because a keynote with bad sound is not usable footage no matter how good it looks.

In the edit you get a first cut for review, one round of revisions included, and final files delivered in the aspect ratios and lengths you asked for. If the marketing team needs something posted while the event is still running, tell us in advance and we will cut a short clip on site.

Covering Phoenix and the Valley

We film corporate events throughout Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Glendale and the wider metropolitan area, in conference hotels, resort ballrooms, offices and outdoor venues. Travel inside the Valley is included.

Video is most often booked alongside stills. See corporate event photography in Phoenix for how we cover the same event with a camera, or our broader video production page for brand films, promos and studio work outside of events.

Corporate event videography — FAQ

What do we actually receive from event videography?

Most clients take a short recap film for social and email, a longer highlight edit for the website, and vertical cutdowns sized for Instagram and LinkedIn. Full length session or keynote recordings can be added if you want the talks archived.

Can you film and photograph the same event?

Yes, and it is the most common way we work. Booking photography and video together means one team, one point of contact, one consistent look, and less equipment moving around your room than two separate crews would bring.

Do you record audio from the stage?

Yes. We take a clean feed from the venue sound desk where one is available and back it up with our own wireless and on camera audio, so speaker footage is usable rather than just atmospheric.

How fast is the turnaround on video?

A short social cutdown can be ready within a few days of the event. Longer highlight films and multi day conference edits typically take one to two weeks depending on length and how many rounds of review you want.

Can you capture interviews or testimonials at our event?

Yes. An event is the easiest place to collect testimonials, because your customers and speakers are already in the room. We can set up a quiet corner with proper lighting and audio and run short interviews between sessions.
