Photography and video pricing for Phoenix businesses

How Our Pricing Works

Every job is quoted individually. Here is what that depends on.

About pricing

Quoted for the job, not from a list

We do not publish a price list, and we want to be straight about why. An hour of headshots in one office and a two day conference with video in two rooms are not the same job. A single number covering both would be either too high to be believable or too low to be honest, and you would still have to call us to find out which.

So every job is quoted against what it actually involves. You tell us the date, the location and roughly what the day looks like, and we come back with a fixed quote. It is fixed before you commit, so there is nothing on the final invoice you have not already seen.

What a quote actually depends on

How long we are there. A two hour session and a full conference day are different numbers, and so is a multi day booking. This is usually the single biggest factor.

How much has to happen in that time. Thirty headshots in an afternoon, a forty dish menu, or a keynote and two breakout rooms all set the pace of the day and how much crew it takes to keep up.

Photo, video, or both. Booking both on the same day is more efficient than running two separate shoots, and it is one of the more common ways a quote gets better value rather than cheaper.

How many people it takes. Every project is staffed to fit. A headshot session might need one photographer, while a conference with two rooms running at once gets a camera in each room at the same time.

Add ons. An on site headshot station at your event, aerial coverage, or a highlight reel cut from the day. Each is a decision you can make either way, and we will price them separately so you can see what they cost.

Where it is. Travel inside the Phoenix metro is included. Further out in Arizona we quote the travel alongside the coverage rather than adding it afterwards.

What every quote includes

Edited, high resolution files with commercial usage rights, delivered through an online gallery your whole team can download from, sized and ready for print, a menu, a press kit or the website. There is no separate licensing fee and no charge to release the files.

You get one point of contact from the first email to final delivery, and our founder leads every project, so the person who scopes your job is there on the day.

We agree the delivery date with you at the quoting stage rather than leaving it open, so it is settled before anyone turns up.

Booking and payment, built for how businesses buy

Every job runs on a written contract. A 30% retainer holds your date, or dates for a multi day booking, and business clients are invoiced Net 30 against a purchase order. Booking us fits the way your accounts payable already works rather than asking finance to make an exception.

We can supply a W-9 and a certificate of insurance for vendor onboarding. Venues, hotels, hospitals and corporate facilities often require the certificate on file before a vendor is allowed on site, so tell us early rather than the day before. If your finance team has its own supplier portal or form, send it over and we will complete it.

Aerial work is flown under an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, which is required for any commercial drone photography or video in the United States.

How to get a quote quickly

Send us four things: the date, the location, roughly what the job involves, and what the images are for. That last one matters more than people expect, because a shoot for a menu, a press kit and a trade show booth are lit and framed differently even when the subject is identical.

If there is a run of show, a shot list, a venue contact or a deadline you are working back from, include those too. The more we know about the day, the tighter the quote and the fewer things move later.

Not sure what you need yet? That is a normal place to start. Tell us the problem rather than the spec and we will tell you what the job looks like.

Pricing FAQ

Why are there no prices listed on this page?

Because a single number would be wrong for most of the people reading it. An hour of headshots in one office and a two day conference with video in two rooms are not the same job, and one figure covering both is either too high to be believable or too low to be honest. We quote each job against what it actually involves, and the quote is fixed before you commit to anything.

How much does a photography shoot cost in Phoenix?

It depends on the hours of coverage, how much we need to get through in that time, whether you want video alongside photography, and how many of our crew the day takes. Send us the date, the location and a rough outline of the job and we will come back with a fixed quote.

Do you offer packages?

There is no fixed package list. We would rather talk through what you actually need than sell a package that does not fit it. In practice most quotes come down to a few decisions: the hours, photo or video or both, the size of the crew, and any add ons such as an on site headshot station or aerial coverage.

What is included in a quote?

Edited, high resolution images with commercial usage rights, delivered through an online gallery your whole team can download from, and travel anywhere inside the Phoenix metro. You also get one point of contact from the first email to final delivery.

What holds our date?

A written contract and a 30% retainer, or the same for each date on a multi day booking. Business clients are invoiced Net 30 against a purchase order, so booking us fits the way your accounts payable already works.

What do you need for vendor onboarding?

We can supply a W-9, a certificate of insurance and a written contract. Venues, hotels, hospitals and corporate facilities often want the certificate on file before a vendor is allowed on site, so it helps to tell us early rather than the day before. If your finance team has its own supplier portal or form, send it over and we will complete it.

Do you charge for travel?

Travel inside the Phoenix metro is included. For work further out in Arizona we quote the travel alongside the coverage rather than adding it to the invoice afterwards.
