Timothy Fox leads and shoots every project this studio takes on. The person who scopes your job is the one holding the camera on the day, which is not how it works at most agencies, where you meet a producer and get sent whoever was available.
When a shoot needs more than one camera, we bring in additional photographers, videographers and assistants from a crew we work with regularly. That is what makes simultaneous coverage possible: when your conference has two rooms running at once, both get shot, not one and then the other. And they are not whoever answered the call that week, but people we have shot alongside for years, who already know how we work a room and how the files come back. That is the difference between a studio and a directory listing.

Twenty years behind a camera in the Valley, across corporate events and conferences, restaurant and beverage menus, brand and product work, portraits, architecture and aerial.
That range is deliberate. A business rarely needs only one kind of picture. The company that hires us for a conference usually also needs headshots of the leadership team, and the restaurant that books a menu shoot tends to need the room photographed too. A studio that can cover all of it is a shorter path than briefing four different vendors.

Food, beverage and drone work for Zeitouna, Agave Del Scottsdale, Lorenzo's Italian Kitchen, Hundred Mile Brewing, Urban Agave and Federico's Mexican Food. On the music side we have photographed touring acts including Berlin, Eve 6, Everclear and Easton Corbin, alongside festivals, showcases and venue nights across the Valley.
Most of these projects are written up in the Journal, with the actual pictures attached rather than a logo wall.
What comes with a booking
The studio carries liability coverage, and we can send a certificate of insurance on request. Hotels, convention centers, hospitals and corporate facilities often require one on file before a vendor is allowed to work, so it helps to tell us early rather than the day before.
Aerial work is flown under an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. Any commercial drone photography or video in the United States requires it, and a good number of people offering aerial work do not hold one.
Every job runs on a written contract, and we can supply a W-9 alongside the certificate of insurance for your vendor onboarding. A 30% retainer holds your date, or dates for a multi day booking, and business clients are invoiced Net 30 against a purchase order, so booking us fits the way your accounts payable already works rather than asking finance to make an exception.
You get one point of contact from the first email to final delivery. Everything comes back edited and high resolution, ready for print, a menu, a press kit or the website, and we would rather talk through what you actually need than sell a package that does not fit it.

How big a project can you take on?
Bigger than one camera, comfortably. We staff additional photographers and videographers across a single event, so two rooms running at the same time, or a keynote and concurrent breakout sessions, are covered simultaneously rather than one after the other. Tell us the scope and we will tell you honestly what it takes and how many people we would bring.
Can you handle photo and video together?
Yes, and it is usually the better way to book. One studio covering both means the stills and the footage are not competing for the same angle at the same moment, and the look stays consistent across everything you get back.
Do you work outside Phoenix?
We work throughout the greater Phoenix metropolitan area, including Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Glendale, Peoria and Paradise Valley, and we travel elsewhere in Arizona when a project calls for it.
