Team headshots photographed at your office, consistent across everyone.
Corporate Headshot Photography in Phoenix
Looking for a corporate headshot photographer in Phoenix? We photograph company headshots on location across the Valley, from a two person leadership team to a staff of sixty. Our crew brings the lighting to you and builds a portrait setup in whatever room your office can spare.
The hard part of a company headshot day is not any single portrait. It is making every portrait look like it belongs on the same page, in a room that was never designed for photography. That is the part we plan for, and it is why a whole team shot in one visit still reads as one company rather than a decade of different photographers.

Whole team headshots. Everyone in your company, photographed in one visit with the same lighting, background and crop, so the staff page reads as a single set.
Executive and leadership portraits. A longer sitting for the people who need more than a profile crop, including wider environmental frames for press, annual reports and speaker bios.
Personal brand portraits. For founders, consultants and anyone whose face is the business, shot for a website, a book jacket or a media kit rather than an ID badge.
New hires and refreshes. Short return visits to photograph the people who joined since the last session, matched to the set you already have.
Headshot stations at events. A setup running between sessions at your conference or company meeting, delivering portraits attendees can use straight away. It is a genuinely popular perk, and it pairs with corporate event photography in Phoenix on the same day.
Studio style setups. When you want a clean seamless backdrop rather than your own office behind the team, we bring one and light it the same way for everybody.
Working in your space, not a studio
No two offices are the same. Every booking hands us a different ceiling, a different window, a different bank of overhead fixtures and a different amount of floor to stand on, so the first few minutes on site go on reading the room rather than unpacking. A lighting plan that worked perfectly at the last office can be unusable at the next one.
Space is usually the first problem. A conference room is built around a conference table, which leaves a working area much smaller than the square footage suggests, and flattering headshots want both a longer lens and real distance between the subject and whatever is behind them. Working on a diagonal into a corner buys the longest sight line the room has.
Office light is the second. Daylight from the windows and the fixtures overhead are different colors, and the overheads dig shadows under the eyes, so we bring our own light and control the room rather than fight it. Once the setup works it gets locked, the floor is marked and the framing stops moving, which is what keeps thirty portraits consistent.
We wrote up a recent thirty person session in a Tempe conference room, lighting diagram included, in the Journal: on location corporate headshots in Tempe.
Serving Phoenix and the wider Valley
We photograph corporate headshots throughout metropolitan Phoenix, from downtown towers and the Camelback corridor to office campuses in Tempe, Chandler, Scottsdale, Gilbert, Mesa, Glendale, Peoria and Paradise Valley. Travel within the metro is included, and we are used to the practical side of a corporate booking: a certificate of insurance for building management, a W-9 for vendor onboarding and a written contract before anyone turns up. If you are scoping a budget first, see how our pricing works.
Headshots are one part of a wider portrait practice. For families, couples and lifestyle sessions, see portrait and lifestyle photography in Phoenix. High school seniors have their own page, senior portrait photography in Phoenix.
Corporate headshot photography FAQ
How much do corporate headshots cost in Phoenix?
Headshot days are quoted individually rather than sold from a fixed package list, because photographing six people and photographing sixty are different jobs. Tell us roughly how many people, where your office is and whether you want everyone done in one visit, and we will come back with a fixed quote.
Can you photograph our whole team in one day?
Usually yes. We recently photographed thirty people in a single conference room in one visit. Once the setup is built and locked, the session moves quickly, and your team comes through on a schedule rather than waiting around.
Do you come to our office?
Yes, and most of our corporate headshots are made that way. We bring the lighting and build a portrait setup in whatever room you can spare, usually a conference room or an empty office. If you would rather have a plain backdrop than your own space, we bring that too.
What should our team wear for corporate headshots?
Solid colors and simple textures photograph better than tight patterns or large logos, and it helps if everyone lands in the same general level of formality so the finished set looks like one company. Send your team a short note in advance and we are happy to draft it for you.
Can you match headshots we already have?
Often yes. If you send us examples of the existing set, we will match the background, the lighting direction and the crop as closely as the original allows, so a new hire does not stand out on the team page. Tell us before the booking rather than after, because it changes how we set up.
How soon do we get the headshots?
Edited, high resolution files usually come back within a few days of the session, sized for your website, LinkedIn and print. We agree the delivery date with you when we quote the job.
What areas do you serve?
Based in Phoenix, we photograph corporate headshots in Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Glendale, Paradise Valley and throughout the greater Phoenix metropolitan area.
